IN REGARD TO DAY CARE TIME FRAME:
- Full day day care hours are from 8am to 5pm (9 hours) Mondays through Fridays
- (If you’re running late, you have till 6pm to pick up your dog)
- A half day of day care is four & a half hours long. We extend a 15 minute grace period of time for pick up
- Attendance beyond the 15 minute grace period carries a single hourly rate charge of $5.00
- Attendance beyond a five & a half hour period carries the charge of a full day’s day care

• Under 16lbs – $68.00 ($38.00 per additional dog)
• 16lbs to 35lbs – $76.00 ($42.00 per additional dog)
• 35lbs to 60lbs – $87.00 ($48.00 per additional dog)
• Above 60lbs – $98.00 ($54.00 per additional dog)
Membership Boarding Rates:
• Under 16lbs – $62.50 ($35.00 per additional dog)
• 16lbs to 35lbs – $70.00 ($38.50 per additional dog)
• 35lbs to 60lbss – $80.00 ($44.00 per additional dog)
• Above 60lbs – $90.00 ($49.50 per additional dog)

Dog Boarding Cancellation Policy:
(To avoid unnecessary payment, please read the below.)
40% of the fee will be charged for cancellations made less than one week in advance.
30% of the fee will be charged for cancellations made less than two weeks in advance.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations & any other schedule changes or additives will be regarded as valid if done via email only. Please do not text us regarding schedule issues of any kind as any request made will not be recognized as valid. Therefore a charge may occur.

Non-Membership Door To Door Transportation Cost:
(Transportation is available Mondays thru Fridays only)
- $8.00 – Foot transport door to door each way for day care within seven – eight blocks uptown or downtown (112th to 125th) and three avenues from Morningside Avenue to Frederick Douglass Avenue. Anything beyond these geographical parameters would require transport via vehicle.
- $24.00 (round trip only) Door to door pick up & drop off for day care within a two mile radius
- $20.00 per additional dog (round trip only)
- $15.00 (each way only) Door to door pick up or drop off for day care within a two mile radius
- $12.00 per additional dog (each way only)
- $20.00 (each way & for boarding only) Door to door pick up or drop off for boarding within a four mile radius
- $15.00 per additional dog (each way & for boarding only)
