Reservations/Scheduling/Scheduling Changes
We request that all reservations daycare or boarding, scheduling, scheduling changes be done through your own personal portal in our booking and billing system.

Please Note:
If emailing after 4pm Monday through Thursday, we will respond to your email before the end of the next business day.

If emailing after 4pm on Friday, we will do our best to get back to you via email between 1pm and 4pm on Saturday. However, if you do not hear from us by then, we will definitely respond by Monday.

Dog Daycare

We’re open for daycare Monday through Friday from 8am to between 4pm and 5pm. However, you can pick up your dog until 6pm.

Boarding
We’re available for boarding 24/7 and 365 days a year.
Dog Boarding

Walking
We are available for walks Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm.

In addition, presently we’re not available to provide walks from and to your home in the Morningside Heights area.

At the present time, our dog walking service covers only the Lincoln Square area and the Upper West Side.
