• If emailing after 4pm on Monday through Thursday, we will respond to your email by the next business day.
• If emailing after 4pm on Friday, we will do our best to get back to you via email between 1pm and 4pm on Saturday. However, if you do not hear from us by then, we will definitely respond by Monday.
Walking Hours
9:30am to 5:30pm – Monday through Friday.
(Presently, we are available for walks only within the Upper West Side & Lincoln Square areas; however, if you require walks in the Harlem area, we can recommend a trusted and highly experienced walker.)

Daycare Hours
8am to 5pm – Monday through Friday. However, one or more of our dog handlers are there until closing time at 6pm.
