30 Minutes: $24.00 – ($12 per additional dogs per household)
45 Minutes: $29.00 – ($13 per additional dogs per household)

Business Walk: $19.00 – ($10.00 per additional dogs per household)
Puppy Care: Cost concluded on a case per case basis.
Dog Walking Cancellation Policy:

100% of the fee will be charged:
• For cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hour notice Monday through Friday.
• For cancellations made after 5pm Saturday for a Monday booking.
• If you do not notify us of a cancellation and we come to your home as scheduled.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations & any other schedule changes or additives will be regarded as valid if done via email only. Please do not text us regarding schedule issues of any kind as any request made will not be recognized as valid. Therefore, a charge may occur.

IN REGARD TO DAY CARE TIME FRAME HOURS:
Full day daycare hours are from 8am to between 4pm & 5pm Mondays through Fridays
(If you’re running late, you have till 6pm to pick up your dog)
A half day of daycare is UP TO four & a half hours long. We extend a 15 minute grace period of time for pick up
Attendance beyond the 15 minute grace period carries a single hourly rate charge of $6.50
Attendance beyond a five & a half hour period carries the charge of a full day’s day care
PLEASE NOTE: The minimum charge for daycare service is a half day of daycare.

Dog Boarding Cancellation Policy:
(To avoid unnecessary payment, please read the below.)
100% of the fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.
50% of the fee will be charged for cancellations made less than one week in advance.
25% of the fee will be charged for cancellations made less than two weeks in advance.
$40.00 per day penalty for each day removed mid boarding period previously reserved by deposit.

Non-Subscription or Package Door To Door Transportation by Foot:
(Transportation by foot is available Mondays thru Fridays only)
$10.00 - Foot transport door to door each way for day care within seven blocks uptown or downtown (112th to 125th) and three avenues from Morningside Avenue to Adam Clayton Powell Blvd Avenue. Anything beyond these geographical parameters would require transport via vehicle.

Day Care & Boarding Membership Guidelines:
- Memberships and packages need to be paid at the beginning of each month.
- Day care & free overnight stays excludes weekends. (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).
- All service must be redeemed within the month. No accrual or rollover on any memberships or packages.
- All memberships are full days and cannot be broken into half days.
- Free overnight stays are offered Monday through Friday morning only (If you plan to board your dog on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a holiday, a discounted boarding rate applies to all membership levels except Bronze.
- There is a two night minimum for boarding for the Bronze level and/or all non-membership status service.
- Free overnights must be used before the conclusion of monthly membership days.
- Daycare days can only be used as part of the boarding overnight period within the Platinum level membership only.
PLEASE NOTE:
All scheduled days of daycare beyond what is included in a subscription or package excluding the Platinum level, will be charged the standard rates and will need to be scheduled separately.
Monthly Membership & Package Cancellation Policy:

If you’d like to cancel or postpone a monthly Membership or Package, it needs to be done two full weeks prior to the end of the current monthly cycle.
Late cancellation will result in a 50% total charge
